.Breast augmentation (enlargement) is a surgical operation whereby the breast is made larger to create an enhanced cosmetic outcome
Description
This is usually achieved by inserting a prosthetic implant or through autologous fat transfer in selected patients. By far, breast implants are the treatment option of choice.
The surgery is usually done through a short incision through the skin at the base of the breast. The resulting scar is then hidden under the mound of the breast.
The breast implants are either placed under the breast or under the muscle of the chest. The appropriate plane for implant displacement depends on the size and volume of the breast preoperatively. This will be discussed with you at your consultation as Breast implants vary in many ways and come in various different sizes and shapes. Implants of the right size are individually selected for each patient based on their breast size, shape, and the build of their body. You will actively participate in choosing the right one for yourself.
Breast implants are not permanent devices and you will need an operation in the future to either remove or to replace it. The implants which we use (Nagor) come with a lifetime guarantee against leaking or rupture. We do not use PIP implants.
In women with mild to moderate saggy breasts, this problem may be corrected with implants. In selected cases, augmentation is done with mastopexy (uplift).

I made a decision to have my left ear pinned back because it was very prominent. I made an approach to the local BMI hospital and was given an appointment to consult with Mr Deemish. He explained the procedure to me and I left the consultation happy and confident that he would do a great job. Two weeks after the consultation I had the opertation. The operation was performed under a local anaesthetic, I did not feel anything apart from the injection. My ear was dressed and my head wrapped in a bandage, I had to keep this one for one week. I had mild pain and discomfort but was able to control that with paracetamol. When the nurse removed the bandage and dressing to reveal the result I was amazed and delighted with the result. It is now three weeks since the operation and I have no pain or discomfort. My ear looks “normal” and I am really pleased. Thank you Mr Oudit.

When I I had 4 babies and my breast were massive and stayed the exact same size and always felt so full and heavy. I was very miserable after my fourth baby. I considered breast reduction over 5 years. Finally, I make the decision to have the breast reduction and tummy tuck all together the same time. I have done a lot of research. Mr. Oudit he is the only one can do the two surgeries the same time.
My initial consultation with Mr. Oudit in June 2020. From the moment I walked through the door, the staffs made me feel welcome and comfortable.
Mr. Oudit he is very friendly and professional and gave me his best advice. When I took off my gown, he immediately agreed that I needed a breast reduction and tummy tuck. He explained all the details about the surgeries and the risks could involve. But he is very experienced and has confidence to do two surgeries the same time for me. It saves me a lot of money and time for recovering. So, I make my decision right the way to do it. I was never nervous leading up to the surgery; I was very excited.
Once the surgery day came, I had a bit of anxiety, but nothing I couldn’t handle. I went in around 6 am, Mr. Oudit came in to check how I was doing and see if I had any further questions and nurses are very nice and take good care of me. I felt like I was being well taken cared.
After surgery, the pain wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I stayed 2 days in the hospital and Mr. Oudit came to see me every day to ensure I was ok.
Overall, I am extremely very happy with the result and highly recommend to all my friends.
